Within 30 days upon receipt of the order, return or exchange request can be submitted. After 30 days of receipt and within warranty period, only free repair is guaranteed, although we may do exchange at our discretion. Late returns subject to restocking fee if approved. Out of warranty period, part and labor costs apply if you request repair services.
When TopFire sends the wrong goods or the product is damaged during transportation, we will bear the cost of return or exchange.
Any errors or quality problems caused by the buyer shall bear all return or exchange costs.
